Ivan brings aid to 'Ground Zero' in Honduras

Ivan, our partner in Honduras, brought food, aid, and the love of Christ to families suffering not only from the COVID pandemic but the devastation of two hurricanes.  

Ivan serves his own community faithfully as a pastor, but he continues to minister to those farther out from his home. Last week, he delivered meals to families in a community 6 hours away.

“We are very happy and a little tired, but this was a great experience,” Ivan said as he reported about the trip. “Thank you very much for your prayers for this team and for all GO supporters. We are looking forward to everything to come, and together we are a great team. Thank you!”

Next week, he plans to travel to another village that is 8 hours away. These are areas in what Ivan calls ‘Ground Zero’ – the region most affected by Hurricanes Eta and Iota.
