Vocational training was needed to give the people skills to get jobs and start businesses.
We have a large structure under roof but need interior walls, commercial sewing machines, woodworking and carpentry and woodworking tools, computers for training lab, tools and texts to teach electricity.
There is training available, but the need is far greater than our ability at the moment.
