Ron’s primary roles are in finance, development, fundraising and strategic direction of the ministry. His past ministry experience includes serving as the CFO of a christian publishing house and as executive pastor of a fast-growing local church. He enjoys speaking on stewardship and mission issues and visiting with supporters wherever he goes.

For 35 years Ron and Bonnie taught in Christian colleges as well as in public and Christian elementary schools. We joined GO InterNational as member care consultants serving as volunteers, providing member care for missionaries. We are not licensed health care professionals, but we emphasize care, encouragement, growth, and prevention of problems rather than treatment of severe problems.

Director of Team Ministries

Lisa serves as the Director of Team Ministries providing leadership and oversight for all ministries both internationally and domestic. Lisa has a broad background in missions and business administration. She was a 2002 graduate from Asbury University, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Missions and more recently graduated with a Master of Arts in Human Services from Liberty University. Dr. Larry Frick

Director of Medical Missions

Dr. Larry Frick serves as Director of Medical Missions for GO InterNational, leading short-term medical teams to minister with GO’s partners to the poor of the world who have little access to medical care. He is developing GO’s Community Health Evangelism ministry, working with GO’s indigenous partners to establish CHE programs in their communities. He also serves as volunteer associate staff for CMDA in the Lexington, KY area. He has ministered with GO in 14 countries in Asia, Africa and Latin America. Prior to coming to GO in 2008, he practiced family medicine for 14 years in Chillicothe, Ohio. He and his wife Marci live in Nicholasville, KY, and have a daughter Hannah.

Associate Team Leader

Larry Montgomery serves as Associate Team Leader for GO InterNational. His passion is to help GO in developing and implementing teams around the world. Larry has served on a number of teams around the world, as well as associate pastor for at Henry Christian Church in his hometown of Eminence, Kentucky. Larry is married to his wonderful wife, Jennifer, and has a daughter, Ashton, and a son, Elijah.

Rev. Dr. Steve Heitkamp

Rev. Dr. Steve Heitkamp

Assistant Missions Trainer

Rev. Dr. Steve Heitkamp partnered with GO International in of the Fall of 2012 as an Assistant Mission’s Trainer. Steve serves as Executive Director of Horizon Hope Counseling in Belleville, IL. He is an ordained United Methodist Pastor and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. He integrates mental health and theological disciplines to provide personal and teaching resources to pastors nationally and internationally. As a graduate of both Asbury College and Seminary, his connection to GO International has brought him back to his roots with the people of Wilmore.
